How Our Review Process Works

Vroom will conduct two separate reviews: a Content Adaptation Review and a Trademark Review.

Content Adaptation Review

The Content Adaptation Review will look at the fidelity to Vroom values and to the scientific basis of Vroom Content. Vroom may provide you with feedback to incorporate as a part of the review process prior to final approval.

Trademark Review

The Trademark review will look at whether your use of Vroom Trademarks meets the Vroom Content and Attribution Guidelines.

Your Responsibilities

With an A.L.T. Vroom Content License, you are responsible for ensuring that your translation, localization, and branding are professional and accurate. You know best what will work in your community. However, Vroom must approve all content and trademark use.

Don't Forget

All adaptations of Vroom Content and uses of Vroom Trademarks must be reviewed by Vroom prior to use.

Please indicate clearly where changes have been made for format and localizations (both in the translated language and in a back-to-English translation for our team). To streamline this process, you may be provided with an adaptation tracking document to clearly communicate and document your adaptations. When planning, factor in time for feedback and iteration. This way, if we have feedback for you on your adaptations or trademark usage you have time to make adjustments.

Vroom Tip Adaptation Template

Here is a sample of the form we will ask you to use as you submit your adapted tips back to Vroom for review and feedback. There may be a few rounds of back-and-forth until an adapted tip is approved.
